    Stayed for 3 nights in a so-called 5-star hotel and what a disaster. I was shocked at the tiny pool and lack of beach access, not to mention the unhelpfulness of staff who seemed more like bouncers than hosts. I didn't even get complimentary water upon arrival, what a letdown, would've expected red carpet treatment.

    Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was luxury and fairly clean, it had marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to picturesque downtown. The food for breakfast was different, eggs and bacon. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was friendly. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost...

    A good stay with fine views

    Kyma Suites Beach Hotel has a prime location by the beach and close to the old town. The sea view from my room was amazing, especially during sunset. The breakfast was delicious, with local delicacies, including freshly made omelettes and pastries. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed.

    The bathroom in my room was a bit on the smaller side. I found the pool area limited. It could benefit from more seating space, especially during peak hours. While the hotel provided excellent dining options, I hoped for a bit more variety during dinner.

    easy access to beaches, parks, and charming old town

    I was thrilled by the delicious food and the perfect portions served at the restaurant, made me want to come back for more. The nearby Municipal Garden offered a lovely escape for a relaxing walk amidst vibrant greenery.

    The small swimming pool felt insufficient for a supposedly upscale experience!!! Finding parking nearby was quite a hassle, especially during busy times!!! The air conditioning could have been better for those hot summer nights!!!
